Permitting and Application Reviews

Our work is based on a solid grasp of relevant state statutes, local regulations, wetland ecology, and the scientific literature on wetland buffers and different wetland classes. Our reports are thorough, based on field investigations, on-line resources, and the experience gleaned from over 22 years in the field.

We emphasize close collaboration with our clients, and with other project team members. For example, our advocacy clients often help with collecting water samples  and with legwork to locate historic data;  good communication with the engineer designing the stormwater management  system is essential,  when we are part of a team seeking a wetlands permit.
